This website is operated by Happen Software Limited (“we”, “us”), the company that builds and runs Deal Extractor. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this site.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, work email address, company, the options you select and any message you write. We also record the time of the submission and the IP address it came from, to prevent abuse.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about Deal Extractor.
• To protect the form against spam and automated abuse.

We do not sell your details, add you to marketing lists without asking, or share them with third parties other than the service providers below.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to us by email over an SMTP relay. The form may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person; Cloudflare processes limited technical data to do so, under its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only the strictly necessary technical storage needed to serve the pages is used.

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond to them and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which they are deleted.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us through the form on this site or via www.happen.software.
